The Negroni is one of our favourites here at HQ, but for a Christmassy twist on the classic, we’ve added star anise, cinnamon, cloves and charred orange slices for the perfect winter warmer.
For a deliciously indulgent pitcher that serves beautifully between 8 friends, you’ll need:
- 250ml Bullards London Dry Gin
- 250ml Campari
- 250ml Sweet Vermouth
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Star Anise Pods
- 5 Whole Cloves
- 8 Charred Orange Slices
Toast cinnamon sticks, star anise and whole cloves until fragrant, then transfer into a large jug. Add London Dry Gin, Campari and Sweet Vermouth and leave to infuse for at least 4 hours (max 24 hours). Fill 8 short glasses with ice and add the charred orange slices. Strain over the Holiday Negroni blend and serve.

- 30ml White crème de cacao
- 15ml single cream
- Strawberries to garnish
Add the gin, white crème de cacao and single cream to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a strawberry.

Blood Orange & Sage
A winter twist on the Coastal taste, this is a classic gin sour with an extra Bullards twist. Packed with complementary flavours, this already fruity and herbaceous cocktail is enhanced with the addition of our refreshing Coastal Gin.

- 50ml Bullards Coastal Gin
- 20ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 20ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white or 25ml of aquafaba (vegan option)

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the orange wedged and sage leaves. Add the gin, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white (or aquafaba) and shake vigorously without ice.
Fill with ice and shake again until well chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with a sage leaf.
