Old Tom Cocktails

Smooth and warm with notes of honey and vanilla, our Old Tom is a classic gin waiting to be part of your mixology masterpieces.

Old Tom Gin

Gin Buck

  • 50ml Old Tom Gin
  • 25ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • Dash of Lime Juice
  • Top with Double Dutch Ginger Ale
  • Garnish: Lime slice
  • Garnish: 3 drops Angostura bitters (optional)

Pour the gin, orange, and lime juice into an ice-filled glass. Top with ginger ale and stir to combine. Garnish with a slice of lime and 3 drops of Angostura bitters (optional).

Old Tom Gin - Cranberry Icead Tea - Bullards Spirits

Cranberry Iced Tea

  • 50ml Bullards Old Tom
  • 50ml Still Water
  • 25ml Lemon Juice
  • 100ml The Berry Company Cranberry juice
  • Sliced grapes, to garnish
  • Ice

Add all ingredients to a tall glass with ice and stir. Garnish with sliced grapes and enjoy.

Espresso Martini

  • 50ml Old Tom gin
  • 30ml Espresso or Fresh Coffee
  • 25ml Coffee Liqueur

Add the gin, coffee liqueur, and espresso to a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Old Tom Collins

  • 50ml Old Tom Gin
  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • Top with Soda
  • Lemon Peel

Build the drink over plenty of ice in a Collins glass, stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon. 

Old Tom Martinez

  • 50ml Old Tom Gin
  • 20ml Dry Vermouth
  • 10ml Apricot Brandy
  • Twist of Orange Peel

Add the gin, vermouth and apricot brandy into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Pour into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a twist of orange.

Old Tom Fashioned

  • 50ml Old Tom Gin
  • 5ml Pure Cane Sugar Syrup
  • Bitters
  • Orange slice or mint to garnish

In a mixing glass, combine the sugar syrup, bitters, and gin. Fill mixing glass halfway with ice, then stir vigorously until chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over a large ice cube. Squeeze a bit of lemon peel over the glass to extract the oils. Wipe the rim of the glass with the peel and add to the glass.

Apple Chai G&T

  • 50ml Old Tom Gin
  • 25ml Apple Chai Syrup*
  • Light Tonic, to top
  • Star Anise Pod

Fill a nice tall glass with ice and add the gin and syrup. Top with bubbly tonic and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a star anise pod.

*Apple Chai Syrup: Simmer 1 cup apple cider with 2 Tbsp loose chai for 3 minutes, then remove from heat. Strain out tea. Whisk 1 cup Demerara sugar until dissolved.

Martinez

  • 50ml Old Tom Gin
  • 50ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 Tsp Maraschino Liqueur
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • Orange twist

Add all ingredients into a large mixing glass with ice, stir with style until well-chilled. Finely strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a fresh orange twist.

Pumpkin Spice Martini

  • 50ml Old Tom Gin
  • 50ml Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 20ml Pumpkin Spice Syrup*
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg

Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice then add Old Tom Gin, Irish Cream Liqueur and Pumpkin Spice Syrup. Shake or stir well for 15 seconds. Strain into a Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg!
