Strawberry & Black Pepper Cocktails
Our Strawberry & Black Pepper gin, made with oodles of fresh fruit, can lead to the most refreshing cocktails imaginable. Here are just a few ways to mix the perfect strawberry tipple.
Gin ‘n’ Jam
- 50ml Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
- 1 tbsp Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Any Jam
Fill a cocktail shaker with the gin, lemon juice and jam.
Add ice and shake well to break up the jam.
Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Top tip: Too sweet for your tastes? Add more lemon juice if you prefer something a little more tart.
Strawberry Fizz
- Bullards English Sparkling Rosé
- 25ml Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
Use as a topper in your glass of fizz!
Norwich Pink Lady
Serves two:
- 50ml Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
- 50ml Triple Sec
- 60ml Double Cream
- 4 Dashes Grenadine
- Handful of ice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker over the ice.
Shake well until nice and cold.
Pour into two glasses.
Clink, and enjoy.
Rambling Strawberry
- 50ml Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
- 25ml Sugar syrup
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour.
Top with lemonade or soda afterwards.
Strawberry Clover Club
- 50ml Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
- 25ml Strawberry syrup
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- 25ml Egg whites or chickpea water (vegan option)
Shake all ingredients together with ice and pour.
Superberry Smash
- 50ml Bullards Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
- 100ml The Berry Company Superberries Purple
- 50ml Elderflower tonic water– to top
- Crushed ice
- A couple sprigs of fresh thyme, to garnish
Add the Superberries Purple juice and gin to a cocktail shaker and stir.
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice, pour in the gin and juice mix and top with elderflower tonic water.
Garnish with 2 sprigs of fresh thyme.
Anyone For Gin?
- Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
- Ginger ale
- Lemonade
- A fresh orange
- Half a cucumber
- A handful of fresh strawberries
- 1 large bunch of fresh mint
- Ice
Slice the oranges and cucumber. De-leaf and halve the strawberries and transfer to a large jug with a bunch of fresh mint and half fill with ice.
Fill the jug two-thirds full with Strawberry & Black Pepper gin, then top up with half ginger ale and half lemonade.
For a slightly less sweeter mix, sub the lemonade for soda water.
Grapefruit & Tarragon Collins
- Fresh tarragon 3-4 sprigs
- Light brown sugar 1 tsp
- 50ml Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
- 50ml Pink or ruby grapefruit juice
- Chilled Indian Tonic Water to top up
- Grapefruit peel to garnish
Place the tarragon in a shaker and muddle together with the sugar.
Add ice, gin and grapefruit juice and shake well until combined.
Strain into a Collins glass packed with ice and top with tonic.
Serve garnished with a few blades of tarragon and grapefruit peel.
Black Widow
- 50ml Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
- 25ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- Soda Water
- Blackberries
In a cocktail shaker, muddle a handful of blackberries (the more blackberries, the darker your drink).
Fill the shaker with ice and combine the gin, elderflower liqueur and lemon juice.
Shake well and strain into a glass.
Top with soda and add blackberries to garnish.
