Whether you’re excited to start experimenting with our new Pineapple, Ginger & Lime Gin, or you’re choosing to toast the day with something classic – like our London Dry Gin – here are 5 signature cocktails that can easily be made at home.
Aviation
50ml Bullards Old Tom Gin
15ml Maraschino Liqueur
7.5ml Crème de Violet
25ml Lemon Juice
Garnish : Lemon twist
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.
Strawberry Basil Smash
50ml Bullards Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
10-12 Fresh Basil Leaves
Strawberries
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh basil leaves with the lemon juice. Add the gin and sugar syrup and plenty of ice. Shake well until chilled, then fine strain the mix into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with basil leaves and strawberries.
Gin-A-Colada
50ml Bullards Pineapple, Ginger & Lime Gin
5 Chunks Of Frozen Pineapple
75ml Pineapple Juice
50ml Coconut Cream
1tbsp Lime Juice
Cherries
Blend together all ingredients (except the ice) until combined. Add the ice and pulse in the blender until the ice cubes become crushed. Pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple and fresh cherries.

50ml Bullards Coastal Gin
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Maraschino Liqueur
15ml Simple Syrup
3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
Gimlet
50ml Bullards London Dry Gin
15ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Garnish: Lime Wheel
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh lime wheel.
